[CVALE] 3D in Ubuntu

Yes Synaptic is just a pretty gui for Apt-get... there is also an ncurses
one called aptitude and also Kynaptic for KDE. Its all the same apt-get and
uses the same source lists. Also in the newer ubuntu versions the update
manager also uses same thing.
