[CVALE] Installfest FC4 -> FC5 upgrade questions

In response to a couple of questions regarding using yum to upgrade from
FC4 to FC5, it looks like fedoraproject.org's upgrade FAQ has been
updated to address the issues that I ran into.

Apparently you need to remove any kernels pre 2.6.14, and run
"/sbin/fixfiles relabel" after the upgrade to address the SELinux
problems.  I'm going to give it a shot on my wife's computer.  I hope
she's not looking. ;-)
