[CVALE] Graphics Libraries on MS Based PDAs?

I have an affinity towards the C/GTK combination you suggest. It tends
to be simple, like me.
I've experimented with GTK on a desktop MS environment and it seems to
work okay. I'm not sure what, if any, of the library is available in a
CE/Mobile 5 environment however. Do you know?
Both Qt and J2ME have licensing issues to meet. I'm getting conflicting
information about IBM's J2ME or J9 licensing...probably because the
product and the licensing keeps changing.
I prefer simple programming and simple licensing if possible.
