[CVALE] Best FOSS RPM Distro

I'd like to get running on a FOSS RPM based distro. I know there is
Fedora, but I was hoping the group might be able to suggest some other
alternatives. I'm looking for something relatively easy to use, and I'd
like to dual boot the distro with my Debian operating system.

 

I'd like a distro with good support for Java and Python.
