[CVALE] Comapring a directory tree on Linux...

Landon,

diff works on directories as well, and with the -r option it'll recurse 
subdirectories.  With FC5/FC6 this is in the diffutils RPM.  It is part 
of a default install and is a pretty standard UNIX utility.
