[CVALE] Linux XP

Just wondering if anyone's used this... I am thinking of trying it on my
laptop, But my main concerns are that if it's all in russian, I won't be too
happy, And if it is flat out a bad distribution, then that's not going to
make me happy either. So if anyone's given it a shot can you tell me? I
would also like to know if it's basically a revamped fedora and if it still
uses the fedora repositories, and if gnome is 2.16 or not :) thanks
