If you've already upgraded to the new release (FF) then be sure to  
get Automatix. It helps you install the most commonly used packages  
for Ubuntu and enables such goodies as flash, the ability to view DVD  
content, Crossover office and a bunch more goodies. It's free so give  
it a shot. You can get it here: http://www.getautomatix.com/
