[CVALE] samba+sbs=sleepless nights

We had the same problem using Macs with SBS. Although I'm not sure  
how to do it on a linux box (might be relatively easy) the problem is  
the passwords SBS uses from client to server are encrypted. By  
default the one from *nix systems aren't. On the Mac we found an app  
called DAVE that did the trick (OSX wouldn't let us change the  
settings). Not sure if that helps you any but it's all I got.
