[CVALE] eth0 vs. eth1

Actually, I was able to finally google the right phrase and find a good 
solution.  I used the instructions for the "udev" method here and it 
worked perfectly with no fuss:
http://www.science.uva.nl/research/air/wiki/LogicalInterfaceNames
