[CVALE] Setting up a PDF/Postscript printer on Linux.

i just did it on my own system, further details are as follows:
- in cups add printer wizard, select "device" = <"CUPS PDF" as I recall,
or at least the one with "PDF" in the description>, and "make" = "raw queue"
- when you print a file to this printer, it will be saved to a file with
a unique name in ~/PDF/
