[CVALE] Surface Computing - Is this the Future?

Your linked page just tells me to "Get Flash" so apparently my version is not up to date. I'm not 
much of a FLASH user and probably still running some old version.

Regarding "Surface Computing"...
Like most things, MS didn't invent it but they may implement it and call it their own.  Others have 
developed and promoted this technology.  I believe Patents have been filed on this going back to the 
1990s (not owned by MS).

Currently it's not a portable or even transportable technology as it requires significant space 
"behind" the display.  Multi-touch for affordable devices is not yet here yet as far as I know.

The primary issue isn't the operating system or software drivers.  The issue is will the basic 
technology advance enough to make it practical.  After the technology is there then we have to deal 
with the patent mess.
