I'm using Debian Lenny. I downloaded the AMD64 version of the DVD
installer, so I imagine my computer is running in 64 bit mode, not 32
bit mode.

I installed Debian on my new Dell Desktop. I'm not sure what the exact
model is, but I could check.

I did find this package. But I noticed it recommends the sunbird package
in the "related packages" section, and it says that package is not
available. Also, the package description says "Plugin for syncing with
Mozilla Calendar..." This made me think this wasn't actually the package
for Sunbird itself.
Thanks,
Landon

You might want to list what distro (I'm guessing Debian, but not
positive) and version you are using. Also, what your machine is(an AMD
64 processor could be run in may different modes which may or may not
include 32 bits) and how you installed the OS (64 vs 32 vs hybrid
32/64) I see this:
http://packages.debian.org/stable/libs/opensync-plugin-sunbird
,which suggests otherwise from what you said.
Steve
