copy. I have no acccess to Linux, at the moment. I'm blind as a bat
and can't see at all what I'm doing. I can boot it up, wait, type
"root" and the password, etc., and then give it the three-finger salute
to let me know that it has shut down (or at least it has reset). I'm
trying to get it running from WinXP, of all things. <grins> I've
written a script to copy some files from CD, and execute update-modules
and apt-get install the sound server and espeak. Hopefully, it'll all
work. At least Debian makes the task somewhat easier with the
update-modules script. I need the "force" option out of the cp command,
because I can't respond yet to what happens on screen.
