I actually haven't owned a 600E, but I know folks who have.  They've
either had a problem with the battery, or they haven't.  Fortunately,
those horrible machines are behind us.  Actually, as long as they were
plugged in, they were fantastic.  Rock Solid, snappy, and easy to use.

I've been looking into the 1501E line, but just haven't quite gone
through with it.  My X31 is rockin' right now, and I really have no
need for another machine.  Of course, my other machine is a 12"
PowerBook G4 1.25ghz.... Yeah, I fit into both categories. :-)

I guess the only reason I'd like a new laptop is because I've got wood
for a nice fast core2duo with a nice vid card that I can play World of
Warcraft on. :-)
