shots. I was pleased to learn about the patent review process opening up

Sure, it's a violation of the license agreement, and the US makes 
license agreement violations illegal last I checked. I lost faith in 
justice a long time ago though, when I learned we can't even legalize 
ferrets, much less enact meaningful social reform.
