[CVALE] musical groups

The usual strategy for the /etc/groups file is to have cleanly separated
groups, none of which overlap or encompass each other. I question what
use you would have for an "administrator" account authorized to do
everything. The fact we have the root account is bad enough; seen as a
necessary evil for the purposes of simplicity. But beyond that it's
supposed to stay separated. A user can be in any number of groups, but
the groups should be for separate independant types of access, like
xusers, audio, video, mounters, etc...
