You may want to try synctoy [0] to see if that fits your needs. Either that
or the native offline file capability (thought I don't think that's
available in XP Home)

Anybody know of a good windows group? I find way to much cruft in many
of them. I'd highly recommend joining lopsa if you're a sys admin [1]
they are a great resource and it's membership consists of some of the
best sysadmins in the world.
