[CVALE] Linux Tech Support For Central Valley Small Business

I'm (very cautiously) exploring the idea of starting a small side
business over the course of the next twelve (12) months. I'm curious if
there are any local companies or consultants that offer tech support for
a small business running Linux.
I'm interested in setting up a small network in my home office. This
will likely be two computers that will dual boot Debian Linux and MS
Windows, a network printer, and a laptop running Windows XP. In the
future it might include large format plotters and a dedicated network
server.
What I'm really looking for is a company that would set things up, but
that would also teach me enough to handle most maintenance tasks. I
don't want to have to call them for every little thing. I'm not looking
to become a Linux network expert, because I just don't have the time, so
I'd still use the company for major tasks like connecting new hardware
to the network, setting up a company web server, or coordinating offsite
data back-up.
Does such a company exist? :]
I've got a good buddy that owns his own IT company, but they're strictly
Microsoft folks. This won't work for me, because I'd really like to run
my business on as much FOSS software as possible. This means everything
from my web browser to my e-mail client.
Thanks for any comments and/or recommendations.
