[CVALE] Web Site Design & Reconfiguration

If I remember correctly, someone here does web site design with 
Microsoft IIS servers.

At my work we have an IIS web site that, among other things, functions 
as an ftp upload/download site. This past weekend the server that house 
the upload and download directories crashed and we are not going to 
replace it. That means I now have to reconfigure the web site to use a 
different location just for the file transfer. The problem is this is 
all written in asp and I have zero asp experience. After fiddling with 
it for a day and a half I have only been able to get the uploads to 
work. I need someone who can come in, look at the asp  pages make the 
necessary  changes and then show me where the changes are made in case 
the problem arises again.
