[CVALE] Umm...

So far i have yet to install a package through a deb file :) i have  
only used the synaptic package manager the add/remove programs app and  
terminal ^_^ but i do think that ubuntu has a lot of compatability the  
only one i havesed that was better for me was fedora but with the new  
9.04 release ubuntu has the same compatability as fedora :)
