in windows theres the format command.... eg "format c:" but if you cant see
the hdd in windows then you probably dont know the letter assigned to it so
you probably cant do it. the only thing is you cant format your windows hdd
through this since it needs the files to continue running the windows
environment and cmd. you could just try booting from a xp or vista disk (i
dont know if ubuntu does it) and format the ubuntu hdd through that and
cancel setup after it does it.
